Getting Paid To Write Articles-Earn Over $900 a Day-Simple Work
Getting paid to write articles is surely a good way to earn a little extra income on the side. For anyone looking to make money online, they should know the writing industry is the best way to earn a full time living online. It doesn’t take a rocket genius to make money in the writing industry. As long as you can form a simple sentence and read and write on a basic 8th grade level, then you can earn a full time income writing articles from home. Here are ways to get paid to write articles:
Sell Original Pre-Written Articles- Pre-written articles are the best way to earn a full time income writing articles from home. Most webmasters who buy original articles want to know three things before they purchase from a freelance writer; How is your writing quality? What type of writing do you do? How much do you charge for each article? As long as you can provide an answer to all three of questions, you are open for business. Getting paid to write articles is all about marketing yourself; the writing industry is huge, so this is not the problem. The issue lies in making the client trust you. There are ways to do this:
Use Writing Samples- I have seen many writers write a couple of sloppily writing samples and just slap them onto their website. This is not a good idea at all, as this will turn the client off. There are some sites that you can use to showcase your writing. Associated Content is a good place to use as a portfolio of your published pieces. I would not use AC to get paid to write articles, but I would use them just to show my writing skills.
Also, it doesn’t hurt to have your own website. Place many of your articles on your website and ensure the client that all of your articles are 100% Copyscape passed. This means, the articles are original and not located anywhere else online. There are some Copyscape stamps that will show that your articles are verified and truly original. Getting paid to write articles is more than just about your writing skills. That only account for 20%. The other 80% is showcases those skills all over the Internet. There are a couple of places you can do this; free classified ads.
Unless you have a huge budget, you probably don’t have $100 to spend on Google adwords every single day. Despite what others may say, free classified ads are a good way to get traffic and attention to your website. Just write the article’s titles (do not include samples of your writing in free classified ads because they can get pick up from other sites and seen as duplicate content by the client) and the word count. Also, make sure you explain the articles are original. This is the key to getting paid to write articles.

Legit Writing Jobs Online - How To Spot The Frauds
While there are many legit writing jobs online, it is a sad reality that there are also many ways that you can get completely ripped off if you choose to find your writing jobs online. Here are some tips that will help you safe-guard yourself and make the most of your precious time!
* Find out if the ad still current. Many writing jobs online are posted and accepted very quickly, especially those for blogs. There are, however, also those employers to don't bother removing their ads.
* Consider what kind of sample work the company requests. If you are asked for a sample of writing in the exact same genre and style as the work you will be submitting for payment, be very careful about complying unless you have prior knowledge that the advertiser is a legitimate company. Unfortunately, there are companies that will simply take your writing sample, use it, and never make contact with you again. And there will be not much you can do about it.
* Do some research of your own. Make sure that the "professional editor" or "publishing house" has the credentials and contact information that shows it is really legit. If the employer is anonymous, if the email address comes from a free provider (for example, a gmail account), or if YOU are asked for payment in any way, BEWARE! Not all are frauds, but if your client is legit, they will not mind "proving it" to you.
* Learn about how the job boards work. You will find that several online writing job boards seem to list only half of the necessary information, and then require you to pay to join their community to get the rest. Sometimes it's worth it, but many times that same ad can be found elsewhere, and in its entirety. Again, do your homework.
* Don't fall for the "write now for future revenue" scheme. Don't waste your time with requests for free or very low paying writing gigs that promise "future revenue". If you DO write for free, only do so if it is for a website that will give you HUGE exposure.

Maintaining a relevant and informative business website is vital to a company's success. Websites are often the first port of call for prospective clients and need to provide useful, informative content for the client as well as clear contact details, products and the opportunity to partake in e-commerce.
Re-designing your website can be a good way to increase traffic to your site and thus sales or enquiries. Nevertheless, before handing your website over to any old web design company, it is important to discuss your needs and ask questions to make sure that you and the designer are on the same page.
Before meeting with the designer, it is vital to go over the functionality of your website. Is it more important to create a high quality 'arty' aesthetic with fancy navigating buttons or is it more important for prospective clients to be able to navigate your website and buy products with ease?
The first question to ask any prospective designer should be 'Can I look at your portfolio?' This enables you to check the quality of previous work, checking that their website design isn't repetitive, as well as generating ideas on what may or may not work for your business.
Other important questions include:
- What skills, qualifications and experience do you have? This is essential in investigating whether a company has the necessary skills to build your particular site. Also, don't worry about making a phone call to a previous client to check the references of the proposed web designer.
- Where are you based? If you require face to face meetings with your web designer, Southampton based designers may not be ideal if your company is in Edinburgh.
- What will you expect from me? Planning sites is time consuming and the effort required from you may vary. Some agencies build only what you've specified, whereas others give considerable assistance in developing an internet strategy that will involve input from you. If you are expected to write a lot of text for your new site, then make sure you do it for the deadline required, then the designers have no excuses if your website is not delivered on schedule.
- Costs and payment terms? Web design companies have varying ways of charging clients. Some can charge high set-up costs and low recurring fees. Some may attract customers with a low set-up cost and then charge high recurring fees. It is important to bear in mind that many web design companies work on a bespoke basis and will therefore not be able to publish specific prices. They should however, be able to provide you with a ball-park figure based on a technical and design brief. They should also be able to provide you with an idea of what their hourly/daily rate is.
A website is a big investment, yet few companies ask about payment terms until the end of the decision process. It is now common for agencies to ask for deposits before beginning development work. Make sure you have payment terms in writing and have a good look through the agency's standard terms and conditions. You can always ask for clauses to be added if this does not cover important requirements that you have.
- Do you hand code your websites? This shows a level of expertise that you are unable to get with designers that use software to develop the site.
- Can you provide the functionality that is needed for my website? From E-commerce systems to Flash movies, companies now expect their sites to have interactivity. Most agencies can develop sites that incorporate some interactive features, but the range and quality of these vary considerably, so check initially that you and the designer are on the same wavelength.
- Who owns the completed site? Surprisingly, some websites do not belong to the companies who think they've paid for them. This is particularly true of the cheaper site deals offered by companies specialising in starter sites. Be careful not to get caught out by believing that you will never need to move the site. You may outgrow your web design company or decide that you no longer want to work with them.
- Deadlines? Make sure that you have agreed on a projected timescale with the company to ensure that targets will be met.
- Can I monitor visitors to my site? Feedback is vital. Are your carefully planned pages getting the visits they deserve? What really makes the web stand out from other media is the scope it provides for you to monitor and adapt to visitors' needs. Ask the agency to show you a working example of its method of monitoring the hits a website gets.
- Personality... It is important that you get on with your web designer as you will most likely be speaking to them on a regular basis. Many projects can last months, so a high level of compatibility will make the process much more enjoyable for everyone.
Dissertation award winners know the value of winning an award and they know what it takes. A company that you hire to write dissertations may be award winners. These are thorough professionals in their field of work. However, you could also be a recipient of a Dissertation award. This depends on your performance with writing dissertations. While some dissertation awards may be given to you for writing a great dissertation with all aspects fulfilled, you may be a dissertation award winner for consistently performing with dissertation procedures and results.
There are many aspects that are considered for winning a Dissertation award. You need to make sure that you are consistent to begin with. This consistency does not only refer to writing good dissertations. It also refers to consistency in producing authentic and credible data and analysis in each dissertation. Companies that win a Dissertation award are ones that adhere to both forms of consistency. Therefore, whether you own a dissertation writing company or you are an individual who writes dissertations on your own, consistency is very important for wining an award.
For winning a Dissertation award, you need to have all your important areas covered as well. These include all the portions of your dissertation as well as the efforts that go into preparing surveys for your dissertations. Professors, who see your efforts, will acknowledge them, and you can score points for every step you take in preparation. To many professors, when a student prepares a dissertation, it is not just the dissertation that they consider. They also look into the efforts and authenticity with which you have carried out and produced surveys. Also, your initial dissertation proposals may count towards gaining you a Dissertation award.
Dissertation award winning can be a great incentive for students who do not meet acceptable standards of dissertation writing. Some students may start to take more interest in writing their dissertations. Particularly, if there are some significant gains for them besides just being handed an award, students may work harder. A Dissertation award creates a spirit of competition among students. While some dissertation awards may be awarded to individual dissertation writers, there are dissertation awards for dissertation committees, which are groups of dissertation writers.
Presenting a Dissertation award to a dissertation committee means requires other aspects to be looked at that may not necessarily apply to an individual dissertation writer. A Dissertation award for a dissertation committee includes awarding a committee for aspects like teamwork and timely coordination. Awarding a committee for such efforts is encouraging for future members of dissertation committees. Universities are bound to find individuals increasingly interested in presenting their skills as committee team members for writing dissertations with such incentives.
Indeed, a Dissertation award can have a profound impact on the dedication of dissertation writers. While you might find a Dissertation award encouraging for student writers, it can have a similar impact on writers who write dissertations at organizations. This is because writers in dissertation producing companies are not very different from students or professors who write dissertations. They all put in a lot of effort whenever they get down to writing a dissertation.

Search Engine Strategies
Perhaps the most important strategy - and cost - is preferred for its high ranking keywords in major search engines "organic" or "natural" searches (as opposed to paid ads). Search engines send "robot" spiders "To index the content of your website, so let's begin with steps to prepare for the indexing of your web pages optimal. The idea here is not to fool the search engines, but give them plenty of clues that this is their website. This approach is called "search engine optimization," abbreviated as SEO.
1. Write keyword-rich title page. Write a descriptive title for each page - rich in keywords you want people to encounter - from 5 to 8 words. Remove all the "filler" words the title (like "the", "y", etc) as possible, while making it legible. This page title will see a hyperlink in the search engines when your page is. Attract researchers can click on the title so it is a bit provocative. Place this on top of the webpage between the labels, in this format: List of Web Marketing - 37 ways to promote your website. (Also shown in the blue bar at the top of your browser.)
Plan to use some descriptive keywords along with your company name on your homepage. If you specialize in silver bullets and that's what people will be looking not just use his name company "Acme Ammunition, Inc., the" use "Silver and Platinum Bullets - Acme Ammunition, Inc." The words people are more likely to search should appear on the first in the title (called "keyword prominence"). Remember, this title is your identity on the search engines. How much more people see that they are interested in the words blue hyperlink in the search engine, the more likely to click on the link.
2. Write a Description META tag. Some search engines include the description below your hyperlinked title in the search results. The description should be a sentence or two describing the content of the website, using the main keywords and key phrases on this page. Do not include keywords not appearing on the website. Place the Description META tag the top of the site, between the labels, in this format:
The maximum number of characters must be around 255, just be aware that only the first 60 or so are visible on Google, though more may be indexed.
When I prepare a webpage, write the first item, then develop a keyword-rich title (# 1 above). Then write a description The content of that article in one or two sentences, using each of the important words and keywords within the article. This is the description tag META.
Then pull the common words, leaving only the keywords and phrases in meat and insert the META keywords tag. It is no longer widely used for classification, but I'm leaving anyway. I think I may have a lower value. To summarize so far, each web page on your site should have a title different and the description META tag. If you implement these two points, you are well on your way to a better position in search engines. But there is more help your range ....
3. Include your keywords in headings (H1, H2, H3). Search engines consider keywords that appear in the page header and sub heads to be important to the page, so make sure your desired keywords and phrases appear in one or two header tags. Do not expect the search engine to analyze your cascading style sheet (CSS) to find out what the headlines - it will not. Instead, use keywords in tags H1, H2 and H3 to provide clues to the search engine. (Note: Some designers no longer use the labels H1, H2. That's a big mistake. Make sure the designer defines these tags in the CSS rather than creating headline tags with other names.)
4. Position keywords in the first paragraph main text. Search engines expect that your first paragraph will contain important keywords for the document - where most people write an introduction to the page content. You do not want things just artificially keywords here, however. More is not better. Google might expect a density keywords in the text area of the body full of the best from 1.5% to 2% for a word prominently, so do not overdo it.
5. Keywords include descriptive ALT attribute in image tags. This helps your site more accessible to visitors of the site-impaired (www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/glance/) and gives additional hints for search engines. ALT attributes help to produce images of highest score for image search (see No. 12).
6. Use keywords in hyperlinks. Search engines are looking for clues about the focus of your website. When they see words with hyperlinks in the body text, they consider these potentially important link for your keywords and key phrases. To emphasize further web page linking to could have a page name in the keyword or phrase, such as blue-widget.htm - Another clue to the search engine.
7. Make your navigation system search engine friendly. Want to search engine robots find every page of your site. JavaScript and Flash navigation menus that appear when you hover are great for humans, but search engines do not read JavaScript and Flash very well. Therefore, complete JavaScript and Flash menus with regular HTML links at the bottom of the page, ensuring that a chain of links that are there is a search engine spider home page for each page of your site. Do not set the navigation system via HTML frames (one old, the focus out of date) because it can cause severe indexing problems.
Some content management systems and e-commerce catalogs produce dynamic web pages made on the fly often recognizable by question marks in the URL followed by long strings of numbers or letters. Overworked search engines sometimes have trouble parsing URL long and may stop at the question mark, refusing to move forward. If you find the search engines are not indexing your interior pages, might consider URL rewriting, a site map, or commercial solutions.
8. Create a site map. A site map page with links all your pages can help search engines (and visitors) are all your pages, especially if you have a larger site. You can use a tool free, XML-Sitemaps.com (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / xml-sitemaps.htm) to create XML site maps that are used by major search engines to index your web pages with precision. Upload your sitemap for your website. Then submit your XML Sitemap to Google, Yahoo, and Bing (formerly MSN), following the instructions on their sites. By the way, Google Center Webmaster (www.google.com/webmasters/) has plenty of tools to help you get ranked higher. Be sure to create a free account and explore what have to offer.
9. Develop web pages focused on your target keywords. SEO specialists no longer recommend the use of threshold or door external link pages, since nearly duplicate webpages that can be penalized. Rather, develop several web pages on your site, each focusing on a keyword or phrase to the destination you want a high ranking. Let's say you sell teddy bears. Use Google to search Outlook (www.google.com/insights/search/) or suggestion tool Wordtracker Free Keyword (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / wordtracker.htm) to find keywords related to the people search. In this case: write a single page with the keyword "teddy bear", "teddy bears", "Vermont Teddy Bears," "bears Vermont "," the bears "teddy bears picnic", "teddy bears pictures, etc. You'll write a full article different in each subject. you can not optimize all web pages on your site, but for every one of these focused content sites, spend much time adjusted to improve its ranking, as described in # 10.
10. Refine by careful search Engine Optimization. Now refine your content pages focused and perhaps your home page, making a series of minor adjustments to help senior. Software such as WebPosition (Www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / webposition.htm) lets you check your current ranking and compare your website against its key competitors more. I use it regularly. Page Critic WebPosition analysis tool provides a preferred search engine statistics for each part of your website, with specific recommendations of changes to minors. The best set of tools is SEOToolSet Bruce Clay SEO (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / clay_seotoolset.htm). Frankly, SEO such adjustment is a long time, hard work that requires much expertise. For this reason, many small and large outsourcing companies search engine optimization. If I'm going to explain to their needs to me in my online form, I can refer to if SEO firms I know and trust (www.wilsonweb.com / Recommendations / seo-services.htm).
11. Promote your local business online. These days many people search for companies Local Internet. To ensure you are included on each page of your site's street address, zip code, telephone number, and five or 10 other names of places in the local community your business serves. If possible, include place names in the title tag, too. When looking for links to your site (see point 15 below), must apply for local business links with names of places in the communities we serve and complementary businesses in its industry nationwide.
Also create a free ad for your local business Local Business Center Google Maps (www.google.com / local / add) and Yahoo Local (Listings.local.yahoo.com). This way your company can be seen on a map when people do a local search. For more information, see my book How to Promote local business on the Internet (www.wilsonweb.com / ebooks / local.htm) as well as articles on local marketing (www.wilsonweb.com/local/) on my site and promoting Local business in the Board of Inquiry (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=mm_Local).
12. Promote your video images and audio content. shows "Google's universal search" not only displays content from web pages, but often at the top of the page for listings and pictures, videos, local companies (see # 11), and audio clips. Therefore, consider creating such business-relevant content and then optimize what can be ranked high enough to help. For example, if you were to get a high rank, informative video onYouTube (Www.youtube.com), which mentions your site, it could drive a lot of traffic to your site. For more information, search "optimization Image "or" Videos of optimization. "
Links to your site from other sites to direct the extra traffic. But since Google and other major search engines consider the number of inbound links to your website ("link popularity") as an important indicator of relevance, More links will help you rank higher in search engines. Google has a measurement called PageRank that reflects the quantity and quality of incoming links. All links are not all alike. The bonds of trust, popular sites help your site rank higher than links to sites with less traffic. You'll find articles on linking strategies (www.wilsonweb.com/linking/) on our website and in our Research Room (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=mp_Linking).
13. Submit your website to key directories, since a link from a directory will help your ranking - and get that traffic. A directory is a search engine. Rather, it is a hierarchical list of sites sorted by categories and subcategories. Be sure to include your site in the free Open Directory Project (www.dmoz.com), supervised by volunteer editors overworked. But if you do not be listed immediately, do not be impatient and resubmit or will to go to the end of the queue. A link in this directory will help a lot.
Yahoo! Directory (dir.yahoo.com) is another important directory. Real human beings read presentation, so be careful to follow the instructions. Tip: Use a little less than the maximum number of characters allowed, so that the text does not cumbersome to tempt the Yahoo! editor to begin chopping. Yahoo! Submit Directory (ecom.yahoo.com / dir / submit / intro /) requires a fee of $ 299 recurring annual your site considered for inclusion within seven working days. Other paid directories of companies that can help are About.comand Business.com.
14. Submit your site to Trade Organization sites and specialized directories. Some directories focused on particular industries, such as education or finance. Probably belong to various trade associations that offer directories of members. Ask for a link. Even if you have to pay anything for a link to the organization, can help boost its PageRank.
Marginal directories, however, come and go very quickly, making it difficult to keep up, so do not try to be exhaustive here. Note careful of directories that you request to "update the ads." Unless a directory is widely used in their field, a notice of the premium is a waste money - but the link (free) will help boost your PageRank and hence its position in search engines.
SubmitWolf (Www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / submitwolf.htm) is a directory submission tool that I used with good results. You complete a listing form in the software interface. Then present your list to all who know the appropriate directories, and links to sites that require manual delivery. It saves time and works well. Just be careful to send only not actual directories, linking sites. "
15. Request Reciprocal Links. Find websites in your general location and request a reciprocal link to your site (especially its free, if you offer one, see # 24 below). Develop a page out of the way we put links to other sites - So do not send people out the back door as fast as you put them in the door. His best results are the sites that generate a similar amount of traffic as your own site. high traffic webmaster of the site are too busy to respond to her requests for a link and have nothing to gain. Look for smaller sites that could be linked pages.
As Ken Evoy SiteSell free exchange value (sales.sitesell.com / exchange value /). Is (1) registers your site as willing to exchange links with other sites that have a similar theme / topic content and (2) the search for sites with similar topical content. In addition, the construction of two automatic links software programs stand out - Zeus (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / zeus.htm) and IBP Link Builder (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / arelis.htm). Both supplementary search the web sites, help maintain a directory of links, and manage reciprocal links. However, using these programs to identify sites complementary, not to send impersonal automated e-mail spam to site owners.
When you encounter sites, e-mail through personal contact email on the site or the administrative contact listed in a Whois Directory (www.networksolutions.com/whois/). If the email not get a response, make a phone call. Warning: The only link to complementary sites, no matter how often you are bombarded with requests link exchange with a mortgage site that has nothing to do with his teddy bear store. One way Google determines what your site is that it is going to appear and that links to you. It's not just links but quality links they want. Reciprocal linking as hard work and tedious, but it does not cost a penny from your pocket! Continue working on this continuum, a little at a time. Patience and persistence will get some good links, in order to maintain it.
16. Write articles for others to use on web sites and newsletters . You can dramatically increase your visibility when writing articles in their area of expertise and distribute them to editors as free content for your e-mail newsletters or their websites. Only ask that a link to your website and a one-line description of what they offer is included with the item. This is an effective "viral" that can produce hundreds of links to your site over time. You'll find lots of information on how to do it from the most popular site article marketing, EzineArticles.com. By creating a free subscription account, start sending instructions and ideas of each week.
17. Issuing news releases. Search events of interest and send press releases to print and Web periodicals in its industry. The link to their website database can remain online news for several months and temporarily improve traffic to your site and increase link popularity. Use an online news service such as PR Web release (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / prweb.htm). Placing your website URL of the online copies of their release may increase link popularity temporarily. More on public relations strategies is available in our Research Room (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=mp_PR).
Two additional joint strategies, later, they ask visitors to bookmark your site (# 20) and develop a free service (# 23), which greatly stimulate the links to your site.
Social Media
Our next type of site promotion web comes from the proliferation of social media, where people are encouraged to interact with each other, and respond to each others blog post and comments. You should be aware of four types of social media: (1) blogs (2) social networking sites, (3) Social Bookmarking, and (4 forums). Do not be angry if the distinctions between types of social media tend to blur. Social media help to promote your site by sending direct traffic, production links to your site, and raise awareness. The subject is too diverse to go into details. You can get more information at our media articles social (www.wilsonweb.com/newmedia/) and the social networking section of the Board of Inquiry (Www.wilsonweb.com / search / cat.php? querytype = category & subcat = mm_SocialNetwork).
18. Start a Business Blog. Want links to your site? Start a business blog on your website, housed in its own domain. If you offer excellent content and regular industry comment, people are able to link to it, increasing their PageRank. Consistency and have something to say are the key. Learn more at the business of blogging section of our Research Room (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=ms_Blogs). If you have a blog on a blog site third, sometimes find reasons to talk and get your own domain.
19. Join a community media social. Some of the best online communities for companies include Facebook (www.facebook.com), LinkedIn (www.linkedin.com), and Twitter www.twitter.com (). In addition, you may want to participate in a social bookmarking community where members share information among themselves on websites, articles or news they like (or dislike). These include Digg (www.digg.com), Delicious (www.delicious.com), StumbleUpon (www.stumbleupon.com), Bookmarks andGoogle (www.google.com/bookmarks/). Search engine spiders troll these sites looking for links to something new and relevant. Generally, you can place a link to your website in your profile, but the increase occurs when other people you mentioned (which generate traffic to your site), a link to you (which increases traffic and brings its PageRank) or marker (which increases PageRank and brings its traffic, see # 21).
One important reminder, do not join a community to spam or talk incessantly about your business. Like any community to they should listen, comment, and make a real contribution to the good of others. Do not monopolize the conversation. Otherwise, selfish and comments links will hurt their reputation. By the way, for starters, why do not you visit my pages of social media and become a Facebook fan fan (www.facebook.com/pages/Web-Marketing-Today/85187746383) or atwitter (www.twitter.com / ralphwilson) - please! Thanks!
20. Promote your site online forums and discussion groups - the "old school" social media. The Internet offers thousands of very specific e-mail based discussion lists, online forums, and groups formed by people with very specialized interests. Use Google Groups (groups.google.com) to find the appropriate groups. Search online for blogs and other forums.
Do not worry about groups consisting of pure spam. Instead, find groups where a serious dialogue is occurring. Do not use aggressive marketing and overtly plug your product or service. Rather, add to the discussion in a helpful way and let the "signature" at the end of their e-mail messages do your marketing for you. People gradually come to know and trust you, visit their website and do business with you.
21. Ask visitors to your site to your favorites. It sounds simple, but ask your site visitors to bookmark or save it to your list of favorites. I use a widget called AddThis (Www.addthis.com). When set AddThis JavaScript in your web page, which automatically determines the title and URL of the page. When visitors do button on your page, they are automatically taken to a page that allows them to choose their preferred bookmarking service, and then pre-fill the appropriate form with the title and URL of your website. AddThis I use throughout my website, and in my newsletter. If you have good content that people want to bookmark this can generate hundreds of links to your site and significantly increase their ranking.
While you're at it, would you be so kind as to bookmark this page with the button below? Thanks!
Traditional Strategies
The fact that the "old media" strategies are not online does not mean they are not effective. A mixed media approach can be very effective.
22. Include your URL on stationery, cards, and Literature. Make sure all cards, material, stationery, and literature contain the URL of your company. And see that your printer is the syntax Correct URL. In print, I recommend leaving out the "http://" and including only the www.domain.com.
23. Promote traditional media use. Do not discontinue print advertising that has proven to be effective. But be sure to include your address in a presentation or announcements qualifiers to purchase magazines, newspapers, yellow pages, etc. View your website as an adjunct to listing information. Using an approach of two steps: (1) capture readers' attention with the announcement, (2) and refer to a URL where they can get more information and perhaps place an order. Look carefully small display or classified ads in the back of strictly oriented magazines or trade journals. Sometimes, these ads are more targeted, more effective and less expensive than online advertising. Consider other traditional media to drive people to your site, such as direct mail, advertisements, postcards, television, etc. can be used to promote websites, especially in a local market.
24. Develop a free service. It's boring to invite people: "Come to our site and learn about our business." It's quite another to say "Use the free kitchen remodeling calculator available exclusively on our site. "Make no mistake, it is costly in time and energy to develop free resources such as our Research Room (www.wilsonweb.com/research/) but it is very rewarding in increased traffic to your site - and motivation to link to the page! Make sure that your free service is closely tied to what are selling to attract visitors to be good prospects for your business. E-Mail Strategies
Do not forget to e-mail as an important way to bring people to your website. But no spam, ie do not send unsolicited bulk e-mail without permission to people who do not maintain any relationship. Many countries have anti-spam laws.
You can find plenty of details and tips on email marketing in my book The E-Mail Marketing Handbook (www.wilsonweb.com / ebooks / handbook.htm). I will mention only some important elements here. You can learn more from our articles on e-mail marketing (www.wilsonweb.com/email/) and the e-mail section of the Board of Inquiry (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=me_Email-Gen).
25. Install "Signature" in your email program to help potential clients contact you. Most email programs allow you to designate a "Signature" to appear at the end of each message you send. Deadline for 6 to 8 lines: Company name, address, phone number, address, email address and a description of a sentence of a unique business offering. Look for examples of e-mail messages sent to you.
26. Publish an email newsletter. Although it requires a commitment of time, creating a monthly e-mail is one of the most promotional techniques important. It could be a newsletter ("ezine"), list of tips, industry updates, or information new products - whatever you think your customers will appreciate. This is a great way to keep in touch with your prospects, generate trust, develop brand awareness and build future business. It also helps you gather email addresses of those who visit your site, but are not yet ready to making a purchase. You distribute your newsletter using the low-cost email marketing services, such as iContact (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / icontact.htm) Constant Contact (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / constantcontact.htm) and AWeber (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / aweber.htm). If you have a very small list, some of these services let you use your services for free until they become larger. Blogs are very popular, but not really replace email newsletters. You have to go to a blog to read, while an e-mail newsletter appears in your inbox asking to be read.
I 27. Ask aggressively E-Mail Sign-ups. If you want to get subscribers to your newsletter by email, you will have to work hard at it. Include a subscription form on every page of your website. Promote sign-ups through free white papers, eBooks, or other products. If you have a local business, ask customers to register their e-mail to get the list of "Internet only special offers." Also ask other entrepreneurs when they give you a card to visit if you can send your e-mail newsletter. While only the email address itself is necessary, I always ask for a name well, so you can customize the newsletter and the subject line of the e-mail with the recipient's name.
28. Send transaction and reminder E-Mails. A transaction-mail is sent to an existing customer to start, remember, to confirm or thank the person. Be creative. If you keep a careful record, you can send emails to customers on their birthday to remind them to return to your site. subscription confirmation e-mails also can speak of several popular products. You could remind customers that it has been three months since his last end and ask if it's time for a refill. Thank you for your purchase E-mails may offer a coupon to bring back to your client to a prospective sale. Use your imagination, but not disturb their customers. You are there to serve, not the reverse.
29. Send offers to its visitors and customers. Your own list of customers and site visitors who have given you permission to contact them will be its list of the most productive. Send special offers, special coupons, product updates, etc. often start another visit to your site. If you have a regular newsletter, can include many of these papers in your email.
30. Exchange E-Mail Terms with complementary businesses. You might consider exchange e-mail newsletter mentioned with complementary businesses to reach new audiences.Just be sure that your partners are careful where they get their mailing list so you do not get in trouble with the anti-spam laws in your country.
Mention renting mailing lists at # 37 later in Advertising payment approaches.
Miscellaneous Strategies
Here are a couple of strategies that do not fit elsewhere.
31. Announce a contest. People like getting something free. If released in a contest or drawing available on your site will generate more traffic than normal. Make sure their sweepstakes rules are legal in all states and countries of destination. Prizes must be designed to attract people who fit a demographic profile that describes your best customers. View articles in contests and incentives in our investigation of the room (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=ma_Incentives).
32. Develop Promotion Viral Marketing techniques. The so-called viral marketing uses a network of communication to spread the word exponentially. Word-of-mouth, public relations, creating "buzz" and network marketing are offline models. promotion strategy of # 16, "writing articles for others to use web site and newsletter content," is a type of viral approach.
The key to better marketing viral, however, is to create something that generates rumors and is so cute / exciting, fun, strange that is transmitted by the spectators with their friends via e-mail and social networks - Thousands of times - for driving more and more people to your website and, hopefully, help improve your brand, product sales and ultimately increase profits. Internet providers often seek to launch viral campaigns on Digg (www.digg.com) or YouTube (www.youtube.com). Digg is a social bookmarking site such power, that if enough people "Digg" you, you appear on the Digg homepage and receive a large number of visitors in a few hours. If the video goes viral on YouTube, you could receive tens of thousands of site visits to promote the video. However, viral marketing is hard to do right. If you want to pursue this, I suggest you read MarketingSherpa How the toolkit viral market (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / sherpa_viral.htm). You can find articles on viral marketing in the Research Room (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=mm_Viral).
Paid Advertising Strategies
None of the approaches described above is "free" because each one takes time and energy. But if you want to grow your business faster, comes a time when you need to pay the increased traffic. Advertising is sold in one of three ways: (1) traditional CPM (cost per thousand impressions), (2) payment per-click (PPC), and (3) pay per action (PPA) or cost per action (CPA) is approaching. Examples of the latter are affiliate program and lead generation programs. Banners get a low click through rate (0.2%) I do not recommend paying much for them. Banner ads typically cost about 50 ¢ to $ 1 per thousand page views, except in the targeted sites. do some tests on a small scale first to determine response. Then calculate your return on investment (ROI) before spending large amounts. Here are some of the methods to explore:
33. Advertise in E-Mail Newsletter. Some of the best buys are small ads text email newsletters targeted to an audience who may be interested in your products or services. Many small publishers are not sophisticated about advertising and offer very attractive rates.
More effective (and expensive) is to send a single email right to the specific list subscribers. These often get a good response.
34. Start an Affiliate Program. In essence, the affiliate program of a retailer is a program that pays a CPA committee to other site owners whose links with retail products as a result of an actual sale. The aim is to build a network of affiliates who have an interest financial promotion of your site. If you are a trader, you must (1) determine the commission you are willing to pay (consider that the cost of advertising), (2) select a company to establish the technical details of its program, and (3) promote your program to get the right kind of members who link to your site. Software and utilities are available to facilitate the process. The problem is getting enough members who really work hard to promote their products or services. These "super affiliates" will probably consist of only 1% to 3% of its total membership. You can learn more by reading articles on marketing affiliate program in the Research Room (Www.wilsonweb.com / search / cat.php? querytype = category & subcat = em_Associate).
35. Purchase Pay Per Click (PPC) ads on Google AdWords (adwords.google.com / select /), Yahoo Search Marketing (www.wilsonweb.com / AFD / overture.htm) or Microsoft AdCenter (Adcenter.microsoft.com). This strategy is the way down the list, but it is of vital importance. Most Internet companies that want to explore the use of Google AdWords to drive targeted traffic to their websites.
These PPC ads appear in the search results page, usually above and to the right of the natural or organic results of search engines. Because they are driven keywords can be very relevant to what a searcher is seeking. Your position in this list of text ads pay is determined by (1) how much has made an offer for a particular search term in comparison with other companies, (2) the click-through rate of your ad, and (3) the level of quality, reflecting the relevance and quality of your ad and landing page it points to.
PPC ads can be a cost-effective way to get targeted traffic and you only pay when someone actually clicks on the link. But I recommend you consider this information carefully and expect a learning curve before investing large sums of money on PPC advertising. Read Andrew Goodman's book winners on Google AdWords (Second Edition, McGraw-Hill, December 2008, ISBN 0071496564). You can find items to pay the site search (www.wilsonweb.com/paid-search/) and in the advertising section CFP Board of Inquiry (www.wilsonweb.com/search/cat.php?querytype=category&subcat=mp_PPC).
36. List your products Shopping Comparison Bots and Auction Sites. If you are an online merchant, you'll want to consider this. bots basket compare products and prices others. Some work on a PPC (Pay Per Click) in the case, others in a CPA (Cost Per Action) basis, perhaps with a listing fee. Search engines consider including MySimon (www.mysimon.com), BizRate (Www.bizrate.com /), PriceGrabber (www.pricegrabber.com/) and Shopping.com (www.shopping.com). shopping sites that include features compared are: eBay (www.ebay.com), Yahoo Shopping (shopping.yahoo.com), andAmazon Marketplace (www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1161232). You pay to acquire customers for the first time, but hopefully you can sell them a second, third and fourth time later.
37. Rent specific commercial e-mail lists. The last website promotion technique I mentioned is directed renting mailing lists. We abhor "Spam," bulk untargeted, unsolicited email, and you'll pay a stiff price in a ruined reputation and services canceled if the yield to temptation here. " But the direct marketing industry has developed targeted e-mail lists you can rent - lists consisting of people who have agreed to receive commercial email messages. These lists cost $ 40 to $ 400 per thousand or 4 ¢ to 40 ¢ per name. Make a smaller test first to determine the quality of the list. Your best bet is to find a broker email list (list www.google.com/search?&q=e-mail+ + corridor) for help with this project. You can save money and help with experience, at no additional cost. Notice, however, that due to the high cost of renting lists, many companies companies will not generate enough to justify the cost. Run the numbers before investing.
Hurray! That's it. By the way, have not exhausted ways to promote place, but they get started. Effectively market your site, you need to spend time adapting these strategies to their own market and capacity. Right now Why not make an appointment to review this checklist with someone in your organization? Make this jump-start checklist of its new strategy Internet marketing.
Getting Started Writing Continuing Education Courses
Online continuing education courses have gained in popularity among licensed professionals in recent years mostly because of their affordability and convenience. There are literally hundreds of thousands of state licensed professionals across the country who are required to complete continuing professional education in order to renew their licenses. This creates an equally huge market for authors of continuing education course material.
In an earlier article, Become a Continuing Education Author and Earn Mailbox Money!, I described the benefits to licensed professionals, such as architects, engineers, land surveyors, interior designers and landscape architects, in sharing their expertise and experience with others by becoming an author of continuing education courses. In this article I will explain in more detail just how to go about doing it.
First, select a topic in which you are both interested and experienced. It is much easier to write about something that interests you and you have experience with than something outside your interest and experience. Be careful to choose a topic that is neither too broad nor too specific. Your course must be broad enough to appeal to a wide audience, but specific enough to provide useful information.
For instance, if you are an architect who specializes in retail interiors in shopping malls you probably have a lot of experience dealing with the property management's Tennant Coordinator who reviews and approves your designs. A course that covers the general process of complying with the landlord's technical and submittal requirements, sprinkled with real-world examples of common pitfalls and solutions could be of great interest to other architects and interior designers who also work on projects in shopping malls.
Once you have a topic in mind prepare a brief outline of the issues you want to talk about. This doesn't have to be a formal outline, just enough to get your basic ideas on paper. You can then begin to expand upon each item.
At this point you should consider writing what are known as "Learning Objectives." Learning Objectives are basically what the student can expect to learn by taking the course. Nearly every state licensing board requires that Learning Objectives be clearly and concisely spelled out at the beginning of a continuing education course. There should be at least three Learning Objectives for each credit hour of the course. So a one-hour course should have at least three, and a three-hour course should have at least nine. Learning Objectives should be no more than one or two sentences in length.
With your basic outline and Learning Objectives in hand you can now begin to break up major headings into subheadings and further expand upon those. Your outline and course should flow naturally and logically from the broader topic to the more detailed specifics and examples.
You should consider including pictures, drawings, diagrams or charts as visual aids to help explain your points. Asking a student to read one paragraph of text after another, page after page, without graphic aids to reinforce and break up the text is not a good idea. Use only non-copyrighted graphics and never plagiarize someone else's work. You should also use major and minor headings in your text and pleasing combinations of bold and italicized text to further break up and reinforce the concepts you are explaining. And be sure to proof read your course for spelling and syntax errors before submission.
The last step in creating your course is to prepare a test. Tests should be in the form of True/False and multiple-choice questions. Both types may be used, however, True/False questions should not make up more than 50% of the questions. Multiple-choice questions should contain no fewer than three and no more than six choices. The test questions can be either part of the course document or a separate document. You will also be required to provide the course provider company you are submitting to with a copy of the test with the correct answers highlighted in some fashion.
The number of test questions required will depend upon the credit hour length of the course. A one-hour course should contain no fewer than ten test questions. Each additional hour should contain at least five additional questions. So a two-hour course should contain no fewer than 15 test questions.
Continuing education courses are generally assigned credit according to the length of time an average student can read and understand the material and take the accompanying test. The universally accepted units are the "PDH", or Professional Development Hour, and the "CEU", or Continuing Education Unit. One PDH equals one hour of professional development. One CEU is equivalent to ten professional development hours. So if your course takes an average student two hours to read and comprehend and take the test it should be rated as worth two PDH or 0.2 CEU.
You are free to include at the end of your course a list of references for further study and a bibliography. Be sure to give appropriate citations to any quotations used from other sources. You should also be prepared to submit a short biography of yourself along with your first course.
Each course provider company has their own submission requirements and pay scales. Generally speaking, you can expect to either be paid outright for the copyright to your course, or to receive a commission of around 20% of the sales of your course for some period of time. Again generally speaking, the shelf life of a continuing education course is three years. After that period of time many providers will require that you update the course and possibly sign a new contract to extend your commission for another period.
There are a variety of online continuing education course providers easily found through an Internet search. Each serves certain target professions, such as architects and engineers, or mechanical and electrical contractors. Find the ones who serve your profession and contact them. You will want to be familiar with their writing guidelines, commission rates, contracts and submission requirements before you attempt to prepare a course for them. They may also have course topic suggestions and even restrictions. Most providers will not accept a course on a specific topic for which they already have a course. So check it out before you invest your time and energy.
Writing continuing education course materials can be rewarding and profitable. A little upfront effort putting down on paper what you already know can lead to easy money!

You can write a book with the reinforcement of Energy - Motivation
Do you have enough motivation to write a book and keep writing until that makes you? Many writers have difficulty staying motivated.
We need the enthusiasm, hope, faith, enthusiasm and energy for drivers continue our pursuit of success. Need for ways to revitalize our bodies, minds and souls. Once you learn to keep that inner drive for self-motivation, anything is possible.
What is the motivation?
"The motivation is that which induces action or determines choice," said Napoleon Hill in his book "Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude."
Enthusiasm is contagious - we pass it to each other. Love what are doing and your energy level will soar.
Compare the following examples:
a) You start writing his book with enthusiasm. During a few weeks or longer to keep writing. His writing was often interrupted by other urgent things to do. Until one day it stopped. Perhaps something happened in his personal life you need to pause to take care of this situation. O perturbations are overwhelming and stop writing. Rarely or never to write again on a regular basis.
b) You work in business and must have a writing project by next week. You get it done on time, but it was a struggle to keep forward. You feel good about your accomplishment and your heart and soul were not really there. You know that there will be next week. You feel like you are a factory production. "paycheck and hopefully his respect for the company he works for are his motivation.
c) start writing his great book own. It's fun because you are doing something they really believe in. You can get frustrated at times when you get stuck, or need any information that is not readily available, but you know this will happen as soon as you get the information you need. You are full of enthusiasm for his great writing project. You keep writing because you're in The Zone. "
Why is (c) more fun to make (a) or (b)?
It because your heart and soul are in "c" and is likely to have a written plan. Do you really believe in what they are writing and want to share your message with your readers. Do you know what is the roadmap for his book. You spent some time planning his book and developed a plan of your idea of the book, table of contents etc.
In (b) the motivation is a paycheck and your job. You get the satisfaction of finishing the project and if you like your job you feel good about how to complete the written material. If your work is difficult in reality their motivation is the same (salary and work), but you do it with little enthusiasm and not much pleasure comes from writing this project.
Maintaining motivation is the key to writing success
The enthusiasm is easy when absolutely love what you are doing. That is their measuring stick: do you like what you are writing? Is it your passion?
Yes, you can finish anything with passion and a burning desire. If you want write a book and I assure you that the finish must find a way to stay motivated.
What you need to stay motivated and keep writing great book? Og Mandino book "The Greatest Salesman in the world," he says, "... If I feel fear I will plunge ahead. If I feel uncertain I will raise my voice. If I feel poverty I will think of wealth to come. If I feel incompetent I will remember past success. "
Maintain motivation means mastering your emotions
Here is a list of some simple activities that can help you stay motivated while writing his great book. Create your own questions.
1. Surround yourself with enthusiastic people with a positive attitude. Phone them when you need to be lifted. Or send them an email and ask for their enthusiastic encouragement.
2.The favorite music. Should be smooth, easy listening, classical music, optimistic, or any kind of music do not distract from the writing.
3. A well organized work area clean. Un-clutter your desk and de-clutter your life as a writer. If you are a natural disordered and insist they can not work differently, then, okay, it's you. Be sure to evaluate and make sure your workspace is really messy work for you.
4. Develop a plan for your book. Create a table of contents and you'll know where it goes. You are less likely to crash when writing a book.
5. Limit distractions as possible. This means that dogs, cats, children, doorbells, telephones, etc, should be avoided during his time writing. Even the ones and friends should respect his time writing. Agreeing to be with them after your appointment time the deed is done.
Enter the area - the last booster Energy
Once all the "motivational factors" are in place we must not stop writing effort. You can do it.
When we have the enthusiasm to write, that are in the area. We have positive energy, which is really a feeling of mild ecstasy. And when we have this feeling, we can not do anything. We feel like a superhero. We are confident in our abilities and are totally immersed in what we are doing. We have to write for this time. We have a total concentration and speed through anything that gets in our way.
Write with passion about the things you love: Something I believe with all your heart and soul. This is how to maintain their enthusiasm. That is the way to stay motivated.
