It almost goes without saying that you will want your business website to be compelling, interactive, and secure. All of these characteristics will make your website more effective at bringing in and keeping customers. But how to go about it in a way that is stable, cost-effective, and easy to manage? One popular solution is to use the server-side scripting language PHP to help you solve those problems.
What is PHP?
Created in 1995, PHP originally stood for "Personal Home Page", however it is now generally understood to mean "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor". It was originally designed to create dynamic or more interactive web pages. It is a widely-used, open-source, general-purpose scripting language. PHP is a "high-level" language, meaning that it's generally more human-friendly (and easier to learn) than other programming languages such as C, ASP or ASP.net.
PHP was originally designed for use in Web site development, but rapidly grew to become a much more robust language. PHP's primary use is as an "embedded" scripting language, which means that the actual PHP code is embedded in HTML code. When used in this way, PHP enables your web server to process web pages before they're displayed in the user's web browser.
Benefits of PHP
PHP is popular because it can be embedded directly into HTML coding.
PHP can be used on all major operating systems and is supported on most web servers.
PHP's main focus is development for the web, so it has a quick development time and can solve scenarios much quicker than some of the other web design languages.
The latest version of PHP is a very stable and mature language used for web programming much like Java and Microsoft C#.
It is open source so it is free!
Database: It is very easy to write simple scripts which allow your Web site to interact with a database.
Cross-Platform: Both the PHP engine and the PHP code can be used on almost any platform, making it extremely versatile.
Development Tools: You only need a text editor to work on PHP; you do not need any development environment or compilers.
What can you do with PHP?
PHP generally runs on a web server, taking PHP code as its input and creating Web pages as output, however you can also use it for command-line scripting and client-side GUI applications. PHP is an extremely versatile language which enables you to create high-end, stable Web sites with plenty of bells and whistles. Here are just a few of the things you can do with PHP:
Make HTML Web Forms
Store Information in Databases
Remember Web site visitors (cookies and sessions)
Work with Arrays
Work with Files (File Management and downloads)
Parsing and Generating XML (also useful for large quantities of products on e-commerce)
Check which browser your visitor is using
How does PHP Work?
As its name ("PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor") suggests, PHP derives its power by "preprocessing" hypertext on the server side. This generally means that when the PHP script (saved as a .php file) runs on your web server, it performs the programmed actions, and returns HTML code that will then be sent back to your customer's web browser. The PHP script itself is not included in the HTML that is sent to the browser, so the PHP code is invisible and secure to the user.
For example, let's consider the following simple PHP statement. (This example is merely to show the basic syntax of PHP in action. Any detailed discussion of PHP code is beyond the scope of this article.)
In this statement, is the closing tag, and echo is a PHP instruction that tells PHP to output the text that follows it as plain HTML code. The PHP software processes the PHP statement and outputs the following:
Hello World
This is a regular HTML statement that is delivered to the user’s browser. The PHP statement itself is not delivered to the browser, so the user never sees any PHP statements.
Using PHP to Improve Your Website.
PHP has many capabilities features designed specifically for use in Web sites, including the following:
1. Securing Your Website.
PHP can be used to secure your website (or certain areas of your website) so that your customer must enter a valid username and password. This can be used to reward preferred customers and to build an exclusive "membership" component of your business.
2. Working with Web Forms.
PHP can display an HTML form and process the information that the user types in. This can be an excellent way to learn more about your customers by asking them to provide profile information, and to collect information about their specific interests.
3. Communicate with Your Databases.
PHP is particularly adept at interacting with your databases, and storing information from the user or retrieving information that is displayed to the user. PHP handles connecting to the database and communicating with it, so it's not necessary to know all of the technical details for connecting to or exchanging messages with the database. You tell PHP the name of the database and where it is, and PHP handles the details. All major databases are currently supported by PHP.
4. Customer Loyalty Functions.
You can also use PHP to create a number of different functionalities on your website that will further help you to build customer loyalty, including interactive polls, a guestbook, and a message board.
The popularity of PHP continues to grow rapidly because it has many advantages over other technical solutions. PHP is fast (because it's embedded in the HTML code, the time to process and load a Web page is relatively short), PHP is free (it is open-source software), and PHP is versatile (is runs on a wide variety of operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, Linux, and most Unix variants).
Perhaps most importantly, PHP is a very well-established language. There are many user-run Internet communities that make very large amounts of information (and scripts) available. With so much experience behind it, using PHP for certain dynamic features can be a cost-effective and low-hassle way of increasing the stability of your website.

Reviewing The Plus Upic W72M Wireless Interactive Panel Board
The Plus UPIC W72M Board is a handy interactive display which allows the user to operate a computer directly from a projected image by using a unique digital pen. Among the revolutionary advantages of the PLUS UPIC, the foremost is its easy-and-quick setup. Simply unroll the compact PLUS UPIC panel, the entire back sheet of which is magnetic, and attach it to a steel wall, whiteboard, chalkboard, etc. Then pair the Bluetooth digital pen with a computer. Thats it! No troublesome cord is required. Today digital projectors are commonly used in both education and business. The winning combination of being both wireless and extremely portable, allows the PLUS UPIC to turn a dull class room or business meeting into a vibrant and dynamic experience in a very quick-and-easy way. The user-friendliness of the PLUS UPIC will be appreciated by both teachers and business people alike, dramatically changing where and how presentations occur when compared to a conventional board-type Interactive Whiteboard which is usually fixed in place. 3 in 1, the PLUS UPIC for daily use: In addition to its interactive functionality, the PLUS UPIC can be used as a regular whiteboard. The user can write and erase contents using the provided markers and an eraser. Furthermore, the sheet surface of the PLUS UPIC is made of a special material that minimizes the reflection and glare of a projector. This makes it an ideal projection screen. The many functions of the PLUS UPIC, Interactive, Whiteboard and Projection Screen, offer great advantages as well as flexibility for every-day use. Mobility in a communication tool: The entire back surface of the PLUS UPIC is a magnetic sheet. This allows the panel to be attached easily to many places. Being very thin, only 0.4 mm, and weighing only 1.6kg (the 56 inch model), the PLUS UPIC panel can be rolled up easily to be conveniently carried using the provided carrying case. Its mobility is one of the PLUS UPICs greatest assets, allowing the panel to be used in a variety of locations. Conventional board-type Interactive Whiteboards, on the other hand, are generally heavy and often must be used in a fixed position. Their lack of mobility can make them inconvenient and difficult to use. Employing Anoto technology is An almost invisible Anoto dot pattern is printed on the panel surface of the PLUS UPIC. The unique digital pen contains an integrated digital camera which takes a snapshot of the dot pattern and the coordinates are instantly recognized. The digital pen has a Bluetooth transceiver which transmits data to a computer wirelessly. The design and feel of the digital pen is just like a regular ink pen. Therefore the user can comfortably and smoothly write on the PLUS UPIC panel in a digital format. Advanced Communication at an affordable price: By employing the innovative sheet-type panel, there are minimal components that make up the PLUS UPIC, compared to a conventional board-type Interactive Whiteboard which requires a board-frame, a stand, sensing parts, cords, etc. As a result, the PLUS UPIC is an impressively affordable tool offered in the interactive communication marketplace. Educational Use here The magnetic sheet of the PLUS UPIC can be easily attached to chalkboard or whiteboard. Thus, it is suitable to use the PLUS UPIC in an educational setting where whiteboards are generally used. Setup of the PLUS UPIC is quick-and-easy. It is ideal for use when breaks between classes are short. The connection between PLUS UPIC panel and a computer is both wireless and cordless. There is no concern that a teacher or a student may trip over a messy cord. The sheet-type panel uses special material which minimizes the reflection of projectors light. Therefore, it is very comfortable for teachers and students to look at the projected image.Business Use: During a presentation, the presenter can operate a computer directly from the projected image by using the digital pen. Therefore, the presenter can enjoy natural face-to-face communication with meeting attendees. It is easy to add comments from meeting attendees by drawing them onto the projected image using the digital pen, and then saving them once the meeting has finished. Because there is no cord used with the PLUS UPIC, the presenter can move freely around the meeting room. The Touch & Draw functionality makes business meetings clearer. It allows the user to create highlighter marks or insert graphics onto areas of the projected content. This type of visual communication, through drawings and graphics, allows the user to show greater clarity and provide more nuance than by simply speaking at length. With MicrsoftPowerPoint2003 (or later), by using the Pointer option function, it is possible to write contents on a projected PowerPoint slide which can then be saved as a new PowerPoint file including the newly added written contents. Touch & Draw Software: Pen color (8 colors) /Maker color (8 colors)/Eraser/Pen & eraser size selection/Insertion of pictures/Deleting of page contents/Screen mode selection/Printing/File input & output . Computer Requirements are XP or Vista, Pentium 4 processor or later, 512+MB of memory, 200+MB hard disc space, 1068x768 display resolution, bluetooth adapter, standard computer USB port, CD-ROM drive. A computer and digital projector are required to draw with the digital pen. This product is based on Anoto technology. Important operating systems like Windows NT, 2000 and XP is based on NTFS file system. The target for the development of file systems is to manage files, folders and manage all the information needed to access files on local or remote computers. Two versions NTFS has been released so far, NTFS 4.0 and NTFS 5.0. First NTFS version is compatible with Windows NT 4.0, while NTFS 5.0 with some new exciting features that support Windows 2000 and Windows XP. The most common features found in both are listed below
1. It supports Mac files 2. Help to compression of the files that are read and written, while the process is ongoing. 3. NTFS file system can recover files lost due to power failure or system of distribution. Some of the salient features of NTFS 5.0 are as under: 1. You can encrypt or decrypt data when reading and write any file from your hard disk automatically. 2. NTFS 5.0 lets you write files in length, but only occupies the space required and necessary. 3. This version of NTFS file system is given with USN journal to keep track of all changes in the volume. 4. By using the facility provided by NTFS 5.0, administrators can limit the computer storage capacity of a specific volume.
Structure of NTFS file system disk NTFS is divided into two parts, 12% of it constitutes by MFT not do to save anything and 88% is used for the purpose of storing files. What is MFT? All system components and information related to the operating system is considered as a file. The most important file of NTFS is the MFT (Master Table file) containing all the needed files from your system. This table is divided into a fixed-size records of 1 byte. These records refer to some files and first 16 files are directly related to the operating system and operating system can only access those files. The first 16 files are named metafiles that are basically system files. These files are basically meant for some basic operating system functions. metafiles exist in the root directory of NTFS and only can be searched by the addition sign "$" at the beginning of the file. For example, to locate the log file is to write $ LogFile.

You have discovered that article publishing scripts are an excellent way to get top search engine rankings and traffic which you can direct to your other sites, but you just don't know which article script to get. If you are like me, you just do not have the time to try every article directory software title available, so I will list my experience with the most common scripts here in the hopes I can save you some time and money.
Our goals here are to find the least expensive article directory script that has the most features, ease of use for you and your visitors and the best support given after your purchase.
First, let’s eliminate the very expensive scripts. The rule of thumb for any kind of sales is to buy low, sell high and you will have to make a lot of money on the net to make up for spending several hundred dollars for any site! You also have to keep in mind that you may not want the standard version of the script you just bought, so unless you are experienced in PHP, MySQL programming or design, you will probably be spending MORE money.
Next, we can eliminate from our list of scripts any that are encrypted. This means any scripts where the code cannot be changed by you or read by you or anyone else. The reason for this is that you are stuck with every bug (no matter how small) until the developers fix them, and from my experience, this is rare. for more detail go to:www.effective-contents.com.Also, as your site grows, you may wish to add JavaScript, PHP or other options to your site, and with encoded scripts, this is usually not possible. At least it's not easy, and can be very time consuming (even if you are a PHP expert), and we all know that time is money!
Generally, these scripts should be avoided if at all possible. The biggest reasons are that you will probably get no support from the developers, so you will have to search through ton's of the script users posts (if the script has a support forum) to try an find a solution for problems. You will also probably be stuck with a link back to the developer’s site, which basically boils down to your site being part of a link farm. Bad, very bad! To top things off, free scripts of any kind are available to anyone to analyze. This means hackers. One free script (I will not mention its name here, but it is a popular free script) proudly proclaims itself the most hacked script on the Internet! Another has had the same bugs infesting it for years now, for more detail go to: www.article-writing-secret.com. and still no sign of updates. This is a bad sign folks, so free is not good for you and your goals to make money on the Internet. Especially if the free script has broken features (such as email) that will not allow your site to reach it's full potential. Now, I'm not knocking open source... just making you aware of some of the pitfalls you may have to deal with later on.
Would you buy a car if all you could do is look at the outside of it? Of course not! The same goes for scripts. If you can not see the front side AND the admin side, move onto another article script. If you are able to see the admin section of the script, look at its options carefully. Try to determine how automated the script will be for you as the administrator. If there are few options for article admin or author admin or you have to choose the articles that appear on your front page, you will be spending ALOT of time with admin duties. Your best option is to choose an article publishing script with the most back end options for the least money!
Writing a resume can be a tedious task. There's so much information to include and organize (employment history, skills, education, career highlights, awards, etc.) that the process can easily overwhelm you if you let it.
Luckily, there are now tons of resources available that make resume writing much easier. In particular, online resume builders and downloadable writing software can do more than samples and templates ever could in guiding you through the writing process. So if you're looking for assistance in writing a resume, you may want to look into using an online or downloadable resume builder.
What is an Online Resume Builder?
An online resume builder is a tool that offers user-friendly, step-by-step guidance for writing resumes. Usually providing assistance through a wizard, you are asked questions about your career and background to help you create a resume specific to your field. The reason resume builders are so popular is that many help you sort out problems like determining whether to choose between a chronological, functional or hybrid style. Also, most offer spell check tools and other writing tips to help keep you on track.
Most effective online resume builders come with a price tag attached; you usually can expect to pay a one-time fee of anywhere from $10 to $15 to create one resume. And if you want to go back to edit existing resumes or create more, you may have to pay a monthly fee - but for that monthly fee you are likely to get extras like the ability to apply for existing jobs, post your resumes online, and even create cover letters and follow-up letters.
Resume Writing Software Packages
In addition to using online resume building services, you can download software packages that work similarly to help you write and edit your resume. Many of them, once downloaded, offer the same types of job-searching tools and help with resume distribution that the online resume builders offer.
In fact, there doesn't seem to be a huge difference between the resume software package and the online resume builder except that one you download to your hard drive and the other you have to visit the website to work from. And most fall into the $20 to $50 price range, which is not bad for the service you're receiving.
Don't Forget the Essentials
While the resume builders are great at helping you organize and write clean, error-free resumes, you still want to remember resume-writing essentials like conducting research on the company, and using action words instead of duty-oriented phrases during the writing process. Though the resume building website or software can give you writing tips, it cannot do the extra work for you that will heighten your chances of getting called in for an interview, so keep this in mind throughout the writing process.
Using a resume builder or downloadable writing program is a quick and easy way to create a professional resume. So the next time you need to write yours - and you're short on time and money - you might want to try one out. The added expertise and guidance may be just what you need to increase your chances of landing your next great job.

If you have browsed the internet for just a few minutes, the chances are you have read some content written by a freelance writer. This is because it is one of the easiest and most reliable ways to get unique content in a place where unique content is valued above all other things. It is valued so highly as web pages will only rank well if there is unique content, any plagiarized text will severely hurt a sites rankings.
So who writes this content? College professors? Journalists? Well sometimes yes, but often it is written by your everyday person, with no official qualifications. That means that even you can earn an income from freelance writing! However there are both pro's and con's to this very current and fluid business.
The pros of freelance writing seem so obvious. Firstly you can often work the hours that you want, whether it is in your lunch break or in the middle of the night. As long as you have your work completed by the deadline, it doesn't matter when you do it. The other benefit related to this is you can do this work wherever you like: at work, home or in between. A lot of people can fit freelance writing into their spare time to increase efficiency and make use of time that would otherwise be wasted.
If these benefits don't tempt you, then imagine going to work, marching up to the boss and telling him how much he has to pay you. This is the freedom that freelance writing gives you, if a client wants your writing skills, then they have to pay what you ask for, though staying competitive is important.
Also, don't forget that there is often no middle man in these client-writer relationships, cutting costs even more. You don't have to travel in and go through a range of interviews before you are even hired, you just have to do the work and you will get paid, much less paperwork.
Not only can you skip interviews and often a resume, but you also don't have to drive or spend time getting to work, therefore cutting down on the rising costs of car use, petrol or public transport. This in itself is a major benefit and will make the amount you are paid for writing seem even greater.
Although there are many good reasons to pursue an income through freelance writing, there are also many disadvantages which make freelancing a lot harder to find success in than it may first seem.
Firstly, you have to have a certain level of writing skill, without this you will probably not get far or not make enough income to warrant the time spent. It is possible to improve your current level of writing ability but this takes much time and practice. However even if your writing level is decent, there will probably be many other people who also have a decent writing ability, even if English is not their first language. Remember that there will always be someone who will work for less than you, even when rates get ridiculously low.
Most pay in the freelance writing business is per a certain amount of writing and not per your time, so if you are unable to write quickly, it may be difficult for you to succeed in this business. However if you are confident in your writing ability and you think you can create lots of content in a relatively short period of time, your chances are certainly looking better.
So what if you are given a job, told a whole group of articles is due in a week and then you will be paid.
The most essential part of any work at home opportunity is the ability to stay motivated and have enough self-discipline to get the job done. Many writers give up half way through a project and as a result not only develop a bad reputation but also have wasted the time that they spent on all work in that project as they will not receive any pay.
In order to combat these disadvantages you must never take on a project which you doubt you can complete, whether it be due to length, subject, or other commitments. You also must be realistic about your quality of writing and how much you are getting paid compared to the effort you are putting in.
It is from this that we can see freelance writing is definitely not for everyone, no matter how simple it may seem, it takes a lot of work and commitment that often rivals your usual day jobs. However if you have the skills with the motivation to match them, you can make a steady and handy income and even enjoy yourself at the same time.

Do you have a website? If so, you need an ROR XMLNS code button which leads to a full ROR/RDF code page for your website. This code tells search engines all about the special details you input into the code about your website. For example, it tells them special details about each particular product (or certain special ones) that you sell on your site or sites, it tells the search engine bots your contact information such as your business address and phone number (without informing the entire universe, as the code is invisible to all but you and the search engine bots examining your website), it gives info on special other links you want the search engine bots to associate with your website, and it gives any other such major info that you want the big search engines to explore and know all about from your website.
That's why you need this latest and greatest in Internet code technology: the ROR/RDF XMLNS code. It's a form of XML that doesn't validate like an RSS or Atom feed does; it validates through the RDF Validation Service. You can look that up on the Net, and you'll see what I mean. Meanwhile, there's the matter of the Really Simple Syndication and the Atom XML codes. These codes DO validate through RSS Validation sites as regular feed codes. These codes, also known as feeds, can be taken by people visiting your website and input into their own RSS and Atom feed readers, such as RSS Reader (which you can download for free off of their website) and other news aggregators and feed readers.
These codes are great for spreading news on your website around. Basically, they each introduce important parts of your website -- or even your whole site in its entirety -- if you choose that you want to spread every page around to the general public through what's normally known as news and blog aggregation readers and services. You can find these services on websites all over the Web, and they're rapidly gaining in use and popularity. A good example of such a service is the NewsIsFree website, a news aggregator. These services usually take news feeds of all kinds and some blogs, plus they're starting to take advertisement feeds. This latter portion is a bit of a worry due to the fact that spyware and adware can thus be passed in a widespread manner all around the WWW.
This is being looked into very seriously by the experts. Most people are concerned that RSS will be used like a tool for this, so please be careful about copying RSS advertisement feeds into your news or blog feeds aggregator. The news and the normal daily or weekly expression blog feeds should be perfectly safe, for now. You should be able to scan RSS and Atom feeds for all types of malware someday in the not too distant future.
The RSS and Atom feeds are attached generally to little tiny orange buttons labeled "XML" and nothing more. Sometimes Atom feeds are attached to little blue buttons labeled "ATOM". The buttons are less than half an inch long and only a few centimeters wide, and would be very hard to see if it weren't for their bright coloration. The type they sport is a bright white, too. Some services are starting to use slightly larger and more visible but similar buttons for their particular XML-related services. The ROR/RDF XMLNS buttons are a little bigger, being an inch long, but are the same thickness as the RSS/Atom buttons and are half orange and half grey. They say "ROR" in the orange portion and "INFO" on the grey side, off-center. They also have a light yellow line around each portion and the margin of the button, plus the type is a light yellow, making them a bit easier to see without being so brightly colored. They're mostly placed visibly on your site in order to boast that you now sport ROR/RDF code on your website.
You can go ahead and even input the code directly into your site without ever bothering to use one of the colorful but dull ROR buttons. Just upload the code in an ror.xml text file into the root directory of the site. You will have to do this whether you show the button or not, anyway, and you also have to do this in the case of the RSS and Atom codes. They upload as feed.xml and atom.xml or something very similar to that in most cases. There is some leeway when assigning the filenames to these special XML codes, but they have to be uploaded as text files into your website's root directory. You might, however, want to display one or more of the ROR buttons on your website, preferably on your site map or home page, as this button is solely there so that search engines can pick up valuable information you want to share with them about your website.
The more such links you have, the more often major search engine bots will pick up on them, you see. So we advise you to proudly display that you have ROR/RDF code on your website. We hereby suggest you definitely get at least an ROR code for your website to raise your rankings in the search engines, or to keep them high, and an RSS code for a website feed for your valuable website or websites. Remember that you can hook up more than one website in a single feed or one ROR/RDF file code. This is one thing that makes these special codes so popular and valuable to users.
You will see little tiny, colorful buttons on several of the websites you are visiting nowadays, especially the major company ones. Probably, you've already seen them, and now you know what they are! Pretty soon nobody will be able to do without these little "pill" buttons to advertise all of the services they have to offer their commercial or even their personal public. Sound like a fair deal? That's why you should get cracking on generating perfect, simple, streamlined and fully validatable (that means it completely functions) code for you. We believe a professional should do this for you, but if you have the time, there are website tutorials on the Net that show you how to slowly or swiftly learn, depending on your speed, how to write validatable XML code. This can be quite complicated, so we are highly recommending that you use professional services. Nowadays you also need a Google Sitemap for your website to make it properly Google-friendly.
We hereby suggest once again that you hire a professional to build you a proper sitemap, although there are services and tutorials that can show you how to build your own sitemap as well. Whatever you choose, be sure and get these special codes for your website, as you will need them for the best possible exposure.
